When a migraine attack occurs, he is able to keep calm and prevent the worsening of the condition’s situation.

When a migraine attack occurs, someone will need to do something about the condition in order to relieve himself of the symptoms. Luckily, people who suffer from the migraines a couple of times are able to know that they are about to experience an oncoming headache phase. This is notable because of the pre-headache symptom’s phase. When someone realizes this, he should first stop doing anything that he or she could be doing. Then the person should move into a room whereby it is possible to limit the amount of light that gets in. Once in such a room, the person should place a cold item on his forehead and preferably over his eyes.
