The Mediterranean diet is being considered as the healthiest diet on Earth. It was patterned in the way how the countries that belong to the coastal regions of the Mediterranean Sea such Italy, Crete, and some parts of Greece eat. It has been adopted and by other countries because of the many benefits that this diet is said to do. This includes faster weight loss, eases depression, and prevents and cures certain medical conditions such as migraines.

Vitamin B Rich Foods

Deficiency in B vitamins is said to cause anxiety caused by stress, such as fluctuations in the blood sugar level, hormonal imbalances, depression, moodiness, chronic fatigue, nervousness, and constipation. All these symptoms are associated with migraines and headaches. Thus, eating foods rich in Vitamin B can help avoid and reduce the duration of a migraine episode.
